Resources on Organizational Diversity

CCI now offers a special service to members of the Diversity Initiative who have received grant funding for diversity projects from the Hyams Foundation.

The library collection includes videos, books, and simulation games useful to non-profit organizations' consultants or internal members who can use related resource guides to facilitate discussions with co-workers.

The collection has been selected to support the development of racial and multicultural awareness and sensitivity and development of skills for communicating across differences of all kinds.
