Community Change, Inc. has worked with students to advance the dialogue about race for years. For example, they have been working with the FACES program at Boston College for 8 years. They have worked with Bristol Community College, Emerson College, Harvard College Women's Center, Johnson and Wales University, Lyndon State College, and Wesleyan University.
An effort led by student interns at CCI aims to advance the reach of the organization and bring it to college campuses around the Boston area. Generally, we hope to start more conversations about race and racism among our peers and advance an analysis of racism as a systemic problem (more about Our Approach). We feel this is a step to making our campuses safer spaces for everyone and believe it is necessary if we are working to undo racism.
If you are interested in bringing Community Change to your campus fill out the form and we will contact you.
